Ford 6000 Steering Issues

We are working on Ford 6000 that the power steering is not working. Pressure test shows it only has 800 psi when the steering dead-headed one direction. We have the pump off and it looks to me that the relief valve is stuck closed but the bypass piston is free in the bore. The oil had a lot water in it which I am affraid may have caused havoc in the whole system. We have not taken the pump apart yet to inspect it but I am hoping someone has some experience with these systems. It is my understanding that the pump is the same as the 800 series????

G'day if you have a look at the BareCo site you will find that a replacement pump is not that pricey and it ups the relief press to 1500 psi which is great if you have got a FEL but i think you will find that when you stir the pums it will be u/s good luck though

Here is an update. New Holland does not offer a rebuild kit for the roller type pump however, the owner was able to find one at a dealer. It wasn't cheap but it fixed the problem and steers like a dream now. Thanks for the help.
