I noticed last fall, the backhoe will not swing all the way to the left. When I swing to the right, it gets to a certain point and then stops momentarily, then continues as if it is forcing oil out of the backend of the cylinder. When I swing left, it gets to the same point, stops, but then doesn't continue. I don't see any mechanical binding, this seems like a HYD issue, some kind of bypass or relieve valve issue?
