WOW I can sure use some help here on this one. My left side stabilizer drifts down in a matter of minutes. I replaced the packings in the cyclinder and removed opposite line no fluid coming out so the cyclinder is ruled out. I need to know how the fluid flows in the valve. I believe there only a couple o-rings from the bottom, I can access thru a cap from the bottom. Was thinking to try and take the spool out the top and check that out. Also got a price from local guys wow that hurts. My machine is 1980 Ford 555. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't know on that machine, but there may be a load check inside the spool or in the valve. Could be leaking. You would have to take the spool out to check. There are usually quad rings top and bottom and a seal on the top.

Did you take off the opposite direction hose and power the cylinder against the stops for 2-3 seconds and had no fluid come out?
