I have a Ford 4610 that the 3 point is sticking in the up position under certain conditions. It will move up and down with no attachment without problems. However when I connect my belltec tm 48 to the rear hydraulics and raise the 3 point it will not lower with the controls. If I disconnect the remote hydraulics it will raise and lower without issue. If I kill the tractor with the 3 point up after a few seconds I will hear a klunk and the 3 point will drop. It has new fluid and filter. What am I looking at?

What type remote hydraulics is the tractor equipped with? What and how does your attachment figure into the remotes? Sure sounds like a possible conflict there.

I have never seen that valve setup before, so I have no idea how it could be affecting the lift system, but it sure seems like this is where your problem is coming from. With both valve spools in neutral there should be no effect at all on the lift system or any loading up of the hydraulic pump. I have to wonder was this package added at the same time your attachment was acquired and put on? Did the lift work okay prior to that addition?
I added the hydraulics myself. It had the factory single spool hydraulics on it, it had the same issue

So what exactly is it you disconnect that makes the lift work as it should?
I disconnect the rear remote hoses going from the tm48 to the tractor
