Under normal conditions the tractor will drive around the farm all day without getting warm or leaking. However, once I start to work it hard (moving trees, dirt, etc) then the temperature slowly climbs up and it will start to leak until there is a steady stream of hydraulic fluid and I shut it off. I've noticed that once it's hot and starting to leak the tractor has noticeably less power and struggles with climbing hills.
The fluid leaks out of this weep hole? in the bottom.

Any idea what's going on or what I should check?
Also - the return oil fitting in the first picture beside the shifter tends to leak ever so slightly after a while. I've replaced all the o-rings on the fitting but it still leaks.
