Backhoe Ford 420 Model / H.P. ID

I just purchased a 1978 Ford 420 backhoe off EBay. I can't figure out the tractor model or what horsepower / motor is in it. I purchased the service and operator's manuals but there are many tractors listed all different than 420. Here's what is listed on the tag inside the hood and what I think I know:
Tractor # - C562656
C = Made in USA
562656 = this is within the series for a 1978 production run

Model - KD211K
K = HP series (but what does the K mean?)
D = Industrial Flat Deck (mine does not have flat decked fenders)
2 = Production Stage (?)
1 = Fuel Type -deisel (mine is a 3 cylinder deisel)
1 = Power Take Off - (No)
K = Transmission Type - (6X4)

Unit - 8A17B
8 = 1978
A = produced in 1st month January
17 = day of month
B = day shift

Engine = 7M07B (?)

Trans = 7H04C (6X4 manual trans)

Rear Axle = 7L24B

The oil pan on the motor is cast iron which I believe means it's an industrial tractor. The hydraulic pump is mounted up front at the bottom behind the grill. It is driven by a drive shaft off the front of the engine. Rear tires are 14.9 X 24, front are 7.50-16SL 6ply 3 ribbed. It has a backhoe model 19 389
Serial = CB I3474.

Does anyone know how to decipher the engine numbers (7M07B) and model info (KD211K)?

The K is for 4600/445. It's in the 4000 class, should be a 201 cu.in 3 cyl.(same engine as a 4610, 455, etc)
The D is for industrial. (not a 4000, 4610, 4600), so, it would be a 445 or 455 depending on which loader.
The 420 was only made a couple of years, just sorta slipped into the lineup. But would be the same or similar as the 445/455
The engine numbers, they're just date codes of when the components were made, 7M= 12/1977 ( the letter I is skipped over, looks like a 1) the tractor being assembled in 1/1978
