ford 4110 3 point hitch not staying up.

Hello again. I got my 3 point all rebuilt, new o-rings and adjusted to where I think it should be. It lifts great but bleeds down slowly. My actuator handle will not fit right on the lever shaft so I cannot use the handle....yet!
As you can see through the pictures I have a remote hydraulic valve with no actuator handles and it looks like there could be a valve sticking out a little. Could this sticking valve be causing some of my problems? Can I get new valves for this body? Not even sure if it is a remote.
