I have the same tractor. If the hours are under 2000 I wouldn't call it a bad deal, especially if thatat is the original paint, then it is obvious the tractor has been well taken care of.
On the loader, the 3910's drawback is the front end is not a real heavy duty front end. You can do alot of loader work with it, but the front end is the weak spot. Radius rods and spindles take the brunt of the damage. When I got mine it had way too big of a bucket on it and I ended up breaking a spindle, I since have put a 6' skidloader low back bucket on it. I usually take the loader off when doing any field work, but one day I had a little mowing to do and when the left front went into a groundhog hole the radius rod broke.
Other than that I have not had a bad thing to say about mine.
If you do buy this I have a set of rear weights I would sell rather cheap + shipping if you are interested You may have to make a plate to adapt them to yuor rim and they are 95 lbs a piece.
