ford 3400 hydraulic steering

Just aquired a ford 3400 w/ front end loader. all systems work great except the steering. It is as if the hydraulics are not working to assist the steering.

The Fluid reservoir is full.

Any suggestions as to what to check next?

Do you own the workshop manual? I used to own a 3400 and I still have the workshop manual and the parts manual. I don't know if you have a loader, but I also have the 730 loader manual. I can burn them on a cd and mail them to you if you would like. No charge to a fellow TBN member.
