The people who lease part of our land just bought a ford 3000 and we're brushhogging and I guess that battery blew up and caused fire. 1475964000126.jpg1475964006988.jpg1475964013467.jpg1475964020217.jpg1475964029157.jpg1475964035767.jpg

Most likely I will be doing repair to it but was wondering if anyone had any knowledge and any wiring diagrams for this?? I will also be posting one thread over in the ford forum for repairs and asking questions but just wanted to check in with your guys to see if you know anything

Most everyone is tight waded when it comes to wiring diagrams. They're in the repair manual(s) and the manual(s) will usually cash-out a $300 bill. I don't know if it's the cost or the threat of being banned from the forum that scares folks from sharing. But I do know there's a 3000 diagram floating on the interweb. I ran across it when looking for a 3910 diagram before I bought my manuals.

Well I have done some looking for free diagrams and will keep looking but this is going to be more then just putting new wires on. Pic attached is looking down the oil fill1475985346031.jpg

I am trying to talk them into going to the local tractor junkyard and getting a wiring harness and possible other parts they need.

Extremely lucky that it didn't burn down fully because the gas filter is leaking right now1475985480927.jpg

It will be a lot easier to rip & replace. Order a new Sparex harness for $60. It comes complete, front & rear harness with molex connectors. It's plug and play with the directions. I've used them on 3 different tractors and they've been good so far.

Most of the engine bay has been repainted so far. Nothing professional but mostly spray paint to clean it up. Wiring is mostly finshed up. Dash has also been put back in along with the first coat of paint on most of the sheet metal
