I am trying to fix upp my,hydraulics on my tractor for the first time, I do'nt know how it chould react inside the body of the tractor when I move the lifthandel.
I can only move the handle 1/2 inch, And it looks like corrosion betwin the arms inside.

May be someone can tellme if it is posible those arms inside has coroded and stuck thogether. In thatcase what I can do: Will be happy for answer.

If the lift handle that you move to operate the 3pt only moves 1/2", that tells me that the shafts that go from the handles through the housing are rusted. Take off the two bolts holding the quadrant on the housing and remove to free up. When you put it back on, pay attention to how the cam/eccentric portions go into the housing at that they activate the internal linkage.

Alternately, you could apply penetrating oil down the control shafts and/or apply heat to the tube the shafts run through.

The internal linkage only move about 1-3" at most when everything is working correct.

Make sure you check the hydraulic oil supply tube on the front right of the rear axle housing that connects the housing to the 3pt top cover. If you accidentally tilted the cover and the tube was stuck in the top housing when removing the cover, you probably bent the tube. Remove the tube and roll on a flat surface to check. Installation of the cover requires pushing the tube into the rear axle housing.
