Ford 2000 3cyl blowing hyd line off pump after remote install

Hey, I'm having the hyd hardline from the pump to the right footrest blowing out at either end after I installed an hyd remote assy. I am assuming that somehow the hyd pressure is deadheading and pushing the line out of the rubber compression fittings. Maybe the spool is stuck? I have qorked the valve and tapped it with a hammer. It sure seems like it is moving thru the full range of motion. However, each time I start the tractor, the line just blows out.

Now, I must admit it might be due to the 3 point lift. There is an implement on the tractor, and when I start the tractor it starts to lift the implement which is the same moment the line blows out.

Do you have pictures and description of how you mounted and plumbed the new remote assembly. My first thought is that it is plumbed incorrectly and over pressuring the system.

It's just the factory valve that bolts to the hyd top cover.

It can still be installed incorrectly. There may be an O-ring out of place. As I recall, there's a bunch of them on the top plate. And it can be the wrong valve for you tractor. It must be an open-center valve.

Here's my triple stack. I'm about to add another remote to share one valve for the T&T.

Thanks for showing off your stack. Now, how many ways could you bolt the manifold to the lift cover?

Only one way to fit and bolt the factory valve and an oring out of place would blow oil out of the valve to mount. Did you just have the original cover in place before installing the valve and where did the valve come from?
