Price Check Ford 1920 purchase

I am going to buy a Ford 1920 with 7108 loader it comes with a 16 foot tandem axle trailer rated at 7 tons and gill 6 foot scape blade, only 344 hours, a few dents in sheet metal, runs clean, no leeks evident in any systems and only $11,000 is this a good deal?
Currently have a John Deere M made in 1950 runs great, but too small for my 20 acres and what I need to do.

sounds pretty good. probably $3500-$4000 trailer have to see condition.
$7000 or so tractor. plus the blade. not bad.

Low hours with all of that other equipment seems like a more than fair price...

blade at least 200.. trailer I'd call 1500$+.. loader, probably worth a couple g's, and the tractor has to be worth at least 8K if clean and low hours.. yeah.. I'd call it good.
