Ford 1910 parts

Im looking for parts for a ford 1910 cant find this part on any diagram. Its some sort of port/ nozzle for the fuel. Its goes in the bottom of the cylinder head opposite of the fuel injector. Any help would be great.

Welcome to the forum. It's an injector nozzle spray diffuser and inserts from the top. Should be shown on the New Holland parts look-up page- BUT, alas, it is not. Might have to look for a used one. Try Messicks, ssbtractor.com, Southern Global, and yesterday's tractor. Maybe it is shown in my shop manual. I'll look tomorrow when I get to the shop.

I checked out those sites and no luck finding the part. Did you have a chance to look at your shop manual?

The shop manual doesn't show it either. On the 1100-1300 they show a part they call a pre chamfer. I don't think that's it. Tractor salvage yard would be the next step. I suppose you tried calling a NH dealer?

I did some research and the I&T shop manual has a misprint, one of many I have found over the years. Instead of a "pre chamfer" the assembly shown is actually a pre chamber. If you google pre chamber you get all kinds of photos and diagrams of the part you need. May have to do some reading and searching to find an after market supplier (welcome to my world). It should definitely be something that would cross to another brand as all diesel direct injection engines use the same scheme.

Check a used tractor yard like West Kentucky Parts although a pre-combustion diffuser may not be easy to remove without damaging and most any place will sell the complete head.

I have found a source for these pre chambers, finally. I have searched for months. Check out tractorhouse.com as of two days ago they had these pre chambers in stock. they are over size and they tell me the head needs to be machined out to take the new chambers. They also tell me that these are for the 1910 three cylinder and not from some other head that can be made to fit. an exact size will not stay in place for some reason, I guess because of the age of the heads. Let me know if this is the correct name of the supply house for these chambers or not as I am not at work where I have the info and I could have it wrong. They have almost everythiung I could not find at the more famous and bigger supply places. Thank god. LOL
