Hey guys, I have a Ford 1910 with 770 loader. The tractor has a hydraulic manifold block in front of the brake pedal that can switch the hydraulics from the loader to the 3pt. One of the quick connects on the manifold for the loader connection has been leaking so I ordered new couplers. Changed them out and now the loader won't work. If I turn the manifold to run the 3pt I have hydraulics and everything sounds fine. However, if I switch it to run the loader the tractor bogs down and a hissing sound comes from the manifold. All I did was switch the couplers so I'm baffled what the problem is. Debris in the manifold now? Please help. Thx.

A guess but did you change both the male and female halves of the quick connect.
It sounds like fluid is being blocked at the quick connect.
Either because the quick connect is not completely engaged or you have mis matched parts.
With the pressures involved in a hydraulic system debris blockage is unlikely.

Yes I did. It does this regardless of whether the loader is hooked up or not.

Take a look at the feedback linkage. Might make sure the rod isn't hanking up or the ajustment nuts didn't come loose. Check you manual for adjustment and how to set the upper most travel.
