Ford 1700 cab

Hello would anyone know if a cab from
A ford 3910. Could be fitted to a ford 1700.

I own a 1720...
I would think that the 3910 cab would be too big unless you could fabricate some modifications for your 1700...

Do you know if they are at all close ?
Some fabrication is no problem.
