Recently, I checked out this 1520 featured HERE
It looked to be in decent condition, with minor surface rust here and there. The seat will definitely need to be replaced, as well as the tires (rubber dry and starting to crack, and one rear tire's sidewall worn down to the plies). The driveshaft's seals were loose, and there were a pair of spring clips spinning loosely on the shaft - maybe from the seals?
The FEL has definitely seen use, with healthy dings in the upper lip and one side wall, and some rust. I didn't see any leaks, but I didn't see the tractor running, either. The engine looked fine, with no oil stains on the block. Made in 1994, 1107 hours.
They're asking $7500. What do you folks think? Decent price? "Run away!" ? Anything specific to the 1520 I should inspect more closely, such as the Hydrastat transmission?
