Font size in quotes

The font size when a post is quoted is small and with thin lines forming the letters. I find it very hard to read. I've looked for ways to increase the font size and to "bold" it, but have not found where I can do that. The original post is fine (as are all the other posts) just the ones inside the quote bubble. Is there a way to change that font?

Highlight the portion you want to change, then increase the font size.
