folding seat back clearance issue

new member looking for user input: Has anyone else had problems with the back of their seat rubbing, and/or damaging, the vinyl covering when folded?
And if so, can the seat mechanism be adjusted to prevent this from happening? ("don't fold the seat" is not a workable solution....as cats and raccoons seem to love the seat.)
Any assistance or wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

The seat on my Kubota B26 rests lightly on the steering wheel when tilted forward, not much to damage or rub.

To the forum from Northwest Alabama. My seat on my L3200 doesn't touch anything wen tilted forward.

If your talking about tilting it forward, to keep critters and water off the seat? I have done this for many years on my kubota that is stored in a shed out of the weather but not animal proof, seat looks as good as it did new, it does rest on the steering wheel but with out the tractor running nothing is moving to "rub".

When fully folded, the seatback rests against the seat itself-the contact is between edge of the seatback and the bracket when in the last 1/2 inch or so of travel...there is no positive locking point once the seat is beyond about the last 35 or so degrees.
Obviously, putting something in the seat to stop it from laying on itself is an easy fix, just curious if anyone else with Kioti's had a rubbing issue and knew of any adjustments. My dealer (Little Tractor, great people) had just never heard of anyone else having the same problem. We looked at any means of adjustment, for example re-indexing the hinge pivot or changing the height of the seatback cushion, no luck.

Since there are some brilliant barn-yard engineering solutions on tbn, thought I'd post.
