Just getting into some the electric park flyers for the first time. Little 1 ounce video camera mounted on top of the wing. Lots of fun. You don't realize how big the trees are until you are up there. I need to come in from a different angle and further back next time. I actually had a good fly later but the camera is a bit shakey sometimes and didn't save the movie. Also on the hill flying is only good early am or late pm. No wind the better. On the hill during the day it can get real gusty.

With Windows Movie maker I can get some stills.

Enjoy the ride... The plane is a SkyFly(great first plane BTW). A little to much fun, I also have a firebird phantom, Skyfly 2 and a Parkzone T-28(haven't flown it yet). If you are looking to get into this...take it from a noob, get a cheap trainer program for the computer with a real RC transmitter. It'll save you some planes.

I love the landing. Cool video too.

hehe a little bouncey, here is a short run later in the day, to windy and I had to get it down. You can see one hard right down turn when the wind caught it. I only have a small place to land and I have to come in over the fence, under/over the power lines, and miss the trees.

I took the landing gear off so its a hand launch and skidding stop. But this one slides better, I like the shadow on the ground ground at the end.

Great RPV for surveillance duties. Is the video real time on a down-link? I'm thinking rocket tubes for anti-trespass purposes, sort of a poor man's Predator. :D  :D

Here are the 2 cams, the black one is the one used here, about $100. Holds an SD card but will stop recording at times. Rough landing, sometimes for no reason. The other is a 5 in 1 Edvr. Not sure if it's still made, about $60 off ebay. Holds about 6 minutes of video. A little better camera but harder to mount. The lens on the black one swivels and you can reverse the video. Also has a infrared auto start sensor, will take a snapshot at preset times, etc. Lots of options but a little buggy. The Edvr you have to use their software to convert to a AVI file. Some hassle there.
