Fluid capacities for the R3644

So I haven't brought myself to purchase the service manual (not the owners manual) for my R3644... that said, if anyone is willing to share their PDF copy with me then I'll gladly send you my email....

Or at be very least ...does anyone know the fluid capacities for doing a service?
I'm at 400hrs.

Looking for....

-- the oil capacity? I believe the oil type is 14W40.

-- hydraulic fluid capacity? Believe the type is Spirax T4XM Tans Hydraulic oil.

-- coolant type and capacity?
