Well... The diff lock still aint right, and now I busted the hydraulic filter and housing right off the tractor on a stump. I've plumbed it straight with no filter for now, but not looking forward to using it without filtration untill the parts come in.

On the road again. Plumbed in an universal suction line filter with a short oil filter on it one day and just spent today welding a shield to go around the filters. They're completely covered and the shield bolts to the loader frame so that I can take it off for filter changes. Still don't have my diff lock though.

I don't have any advice for you, but I sure wish I had some of your ingenuity and talent. I've always just replaced OEM parts with OEM parts.

I'm convinced that with the ingenuity you've exhibited in other threads, you'll get your differential working.

I guess that I do have one bit of advice. Take it apart. I always resort to unrestrained disassembly as a last ditch, and most often it works. Have you torn open your rear end yet? (I mean the tractor's rear end.)
