Flail mower belt adjustment

Just got the logging winch off and the flail mower installed.
Added 3" to the skid height, I got rocks.
Doing a check over the 3 rubber belts are a little baggy, anyone have a belt tightening suggestion?

Which brand of flail mower to you own?

Each brand of flail mower has a different method of adjustment for the proper belt tension.

Leonz is correct.
Generally speaking they do not need to be tight. I think about 3/4 inch of deflection could be a good starting point.

Viewed some trade videos, ordered a belt tension gauge.
Titan 68", 5 years ago, Checked the manual, it said how to do it but did not give a spec.
Will probably go with a trade specification, some say use so many Hz, phunny.

The center to center distance is about 12"/64 (a constant) = 0.2 " deflection by my calculation.
