First trip to Aggri Supply

Saw it on my way to Myrtle Beach. I was passing through Florence South Carolina and decided to check it out.I have ended up at the website more than a few times. The block and mortar place is huge and seems to have everything. Must be 100,000 square feet in the main building. It took me 20 minutes to walk around the store ,but had no trouble with the layout. It had a second building that had chemicals and bagged goods. It also has a 2 acre lot that has about 100 pieces of 3 point equipment. It was like a candy store ,but for a tractor guy. I sure do wish that the closest one was not 400 miles away. At least rural king is coming to my area.

I wish they had one around here. Seems to be good pricing on the medium duty bush hogs etc. Got to be better than what the TSC sell here. I get their catalog each month and browse it for the good deals that month.

Wife and I are making a trip all the way to Raleigh, NC (700 miles) to see our youngest son and I may look for one out that way. I love to drag her around farming type stores...she has drug me around enough malls/women's stores for my share of our 38 years...lol. Payback!!!

I know what you mean. I get my share of time at Hobby lobby.

I go to Agri-Supply in Valdosta GA. it is 120 miles from me but I go every once in a while and when I go to Moultrie GA for AG show.

I wish one was closer, I stopped at the one in Valdosta on the way home from Fl. I picked up a big iron kettle to use at family cookouts. I didn't get to spend as much time there as I wanted to, lots of tractor guy candy there. We do have a couple of Rural Kings a little over an hour away, one in Jeffersonville, In. and one in Owensboro, Ky. they're both huge and the one in Owensboro is new and has a huge gun selections.

my first trip was back in around 1991... the old Gardner store, disorganized as heck! But still full of the coolest stuff. Took forever to find all that you needed, always had to ask for help to find it all but you usually found several other items that you just had to have! Talk about a kid in a candy store...

Their flagship store in Garner (just outside of Raleigh) is like the Cabelas of farm supply stores. By the way, there is a new Cabelas just down the street. What more could you want?

My favorite online source for mower blades. Wish they where in this area, but if I ever see one while, I'd stop and explore too!!! Sounds like a great way to kill some time.

....and good prices too. Top link at Tractor Supply was $42.95. Same one at Agri-Supply was $17.95.
