Finish grading

I'm about to start an addition to our house and will need to do quite alot of finish work after the dozer rough grades the yard. What would everyone recommend for this and any suggestions on brands, price, buy or rent??? I have a L3410HST and thought about just floating the FEL, but I'm not sure it will give me the results I want. Thanks.

Sounds like the perfect use for a Harley Rake. Probably need to rent one for a day if you can find a smaller one to go with your tractor, hire in someone to do the work or rent a tractor rake combo. Check out glenmac... tractor rakes. They sure do give pretty results.

I see by your profile you have a rear blade, I'd get a york rake to complete the finishing. It's also nice to have a box scraper
