Finding Repair Manual

I need to locate a shop manual for a Deuts Allis 5215. I have difficulty finding one on the net. Thanks for any help.

Did you already try Ebay? I've found reprints of manuals for almost anything there - antique Indian motorcycles, etc. I found a factory manual for a discontinued Kubota tractor I'm buying also.
