Finally new Grand L 3540

Just wanted to thank and pass on to all that assisted in my new tractor purchase that I ended up with a Kubota Grand L 3540 hydrostat, heavy duty round back bucket, canopy, loaded R4's, rear remotes, 3rd function valve, 48" forks, and grapple should be here next week. Almost went with the other orange but glad I didn't. Not sure I could live without the HST+ hydro. I included some pics of us installing strucure in our new pond. We put about 12 hours on it this weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. A guy doesn't see the bottom of a 4 acre pond often.

Someday the smile will wear off, or so I'm told, but it's not going to be for a long time. As you get more seat time try to experiment with all of the HST+ settings. I'm a really big fan of the H-DS function. Also some of us adjusted the autothrottle cable so when it's on the engine doesn't rev up as high or with just a slight touch of the HST pedal. It's real easy to do.

It was a borrowed post hole digger from a friend. It is a tank and not sure how old it is. It's too bad all things aren't built like that anymore.
