Branson 2400, 4' big bee rotary cutter, 4' box blade
Well, after all the research, finding out my credit is just not as good as it should be, getting great advice and humbling myself to downgrade to what I could afford, I purchased a New Branson 2400 with FEL, 4' box blade, 4' Big Bee rotary cutter and a 16' trailer. I have not been disappointed at all! I have 10 acres with mesquite trees (bushes) and vegetation (weeds! haha) with a driveway just under a quarter mile. In two days, I put on 16.5 hours mainly shredding. I spent 4 hours with the dealer asking questions and testing out the equipment. I was very impressed with his customer relations and the guys in the service department with their help and insight. Since this is my first tractor purchase, I really do not have anything to compare dealers. I am ready for some days off to get back on it and play some more. Here are some pics for y'all:

Nice set up.
I have a larger tractor for haying type work, but I sure wish I could afford to have a smaller tractor for the small work.
Nice Harley too. I had a 07 Ultra Classic Electra Glide, loved that bike. Now I'm on a 2010 Limited.

very nice cat fever! This smaller one works real well with going among the trees.

I also have a 5' box blade and 5' bush hog. Tried the 4' hog but for my use it just didn't make the tractor work and barely covered it tracks. I also only mow an open field with very limited obstacles and generally mow when the grass is around 2 foot high.

Congrats on the purchase, it is a very capable tractor for the size.

I too did the 5' for covering the tracks reason. Probably in rough stuff you are better off with the 4' on that sized tractor. Since I don't work mine very hard it handles the 5' just fine in H1 @2600 rpm. Running through 100 hrs now on a January 2016 purchase.

I needed to do things around the house/farm and this size is just perfect. Easy to get around things and light weight so it doesn't pack the soil and being low to the ground, easy on and off.

Changes: Homemade air seat suspension, 4 ½" rear wheel spacers, custom canopy.

Obviously I think you made a wise choice.
