I know, you got all excited and now I'm going to tell you it is a 1964 Simplicity Landlord 101 that was sitting in some old man's shed for the last 46 years. No, it's not the Yanmar of my dreams, but it's fun to tinker with. They sure don't make mowers like this anymore. It had a tank full of the nastiest gas I've ever seen and most of the wires have been chewed on by mice. Other than that, it's mostly all there. I am just starting to get it ready to work and plan on a full resto at a later date. I was tilling a 11pm the other night (neighbors are thrilled). Anybody got any leads on parts or good sites, let me know.

-Landlord
-Snow blower
-Tiller
-2 mower decks
-Front blade
-Lots of little extras
$500:D

Glad to see that you were able to find something that fit your needs. You're right, it was built when mowers were meant to last. I think you will enjoy it and get a lot of good use out of it. As for good sites, you may want to check out the Simplicity section over at MyTractorForum.
