Filters for 2014 New Holland Boomer 40

Any suggestions for ordering online filters and maintenance parts?

And one question I have only had the tractor for a few weeks, when I went to fill it there was a kind of strainer filter in the tank fill opening. Kind of like a mesh sock. I don't see anything like it in the owner's manual or elsewhere. But it does look like a good idea, I can see some particulates it has filtered out. Any suggestions as to where to get a replacement?
