Filter cross-ref?

Anyone have any cross-reference information for the hydro, hudraulic, and air filters on a Cub 7235? I'm thinking Fram, Mobil1, anything at this point.......thanks.

try your local NAPA dealer, they can usually cross reference any filter or even check on line with napa. i beleive most of the napa filters are made by WIX.

Thanks Frank. The problem is that although I finally found a number (and can cross reference it), on the hydraulic filter underneath, the other hydraulic filter (for the hydrostat), and the air filter have no identifying numbers of any type....I have no clue what their numbers are. Can anyone else help me out?

I ended up getting the Hyd. filter from Whites Farm Supply in NY along with some other stuff. I actually just got it last week. The HYD Filter, MA 19642509000 was $42.79. The oil filter they talked me into was a Fleetguard is to big and is going back. I ended up with a NAPA Gold locally for $6-7. Fuel filter was not a Cub brand, ran $5.33. You can go to the Wix filter site and they have a pretty good cross reference if you have the original numbers.

Thanks MajorMac. I got the 19642509000 (hydraulic) number and cross-referenced it to the Wix 57118...and I will check Napa. The 7235 also has a hydrostatic filter (another hydraulic filter), on the right side, sticking out from the fender. This one has NO numbers on it, and is a visibly different size than the hydraulic filter. Any idea on that one? Also....how about an air filter? Another strange bugger with absolutely no markings.

The air filter element should be: MA19632558000 and the other Hyd. Filter: MA 103005112000. I found the filter made by WIX or NAPA (WIX FIlters) were more expensive than the OEM. I believe the Air Filter was somewhere around $60 from Whites Farm Supply. You might try the Fleetguard Site. They are supposed to be a good filter even though their 7234 oil Cross Ref. wasn't the best.
