Filling with hydraulic oil

Hey everybody, need help hydraulic oil two bolts left side by clutch one is higher than the other, lower one no oil, how do I put oil in hat small bolt hole TIA

There should be a large fill port on top of the transmission, to the rear and inline with the gear shift.
