Assuming it's a kioti field cab ,having an over head hoist makes it a lot easier (if not a necessity)to lift the cab off the crate to on the tractor . Hooking up the heater lines and wiring harness is straight forward the instructions usually show you where to hook them up . .the interior padding /lining is held in place by the velcro strips.
Often the are the noise and vibration from the transmission and engine trapped into the cab from the mounting design and gaps around the levers , Price and availability can vary but most times if that model is avaliable with factory cab ,the price may be a fair trade off for a/c , air tight cab , less tracter noise , often quicker resale and better resale value
