Spreader Fertilizer spreaders

I read a lot of what ya'll have said about Herd and Vicon spreaders. I guess you like the one you have. Herd says it will spread dehydrated lime. The Vicon pendulum says it will spread both powers and granulers products. The Vicon Dics did not say it would spread powers. When you talk Vicon are you talking pendulum or disc. Will Herd and Vicom spread powder lime.
