Traded for a '58 Ferguson TO-35 Deluxe and it was in rough shape and me being a cheapo i decided to build the lower grill section. I bought the grill used from a Massey dealer who parts out tractors but the bottom 2 bars were cut off so I decided to hide that. I formed the metal with a torch, hammer, and anvil. Pretty happy with it for now, later I plan on replacing both pieces with regular parts.

Looks good to me. These MF tractors are getting more popular than fading away like some others. My dad has a TO35 and my brother just bought a MF35 and is in the process of rebuilding now. One will come on Craigs List about every 2-3 weeks. $500 - 3500 depending on condition. $500 would be very rough condition and not running is about as cheap as you can find one. I like the gearing of the tractor better than my ford 3000. Seems like I can always find the right speed on the TO35. My ford needs a speed in between every gear.:)

I noticed that ford either is too slow in one gear or too fast in the next. We have an 8n and I can't stand to work with it because of that.
