Ferguson TO-20 Carb velocity stack

Just picked up a '51 TO-20, running with choke pulled out only. Tore down the Marvel Schebler carb and one (plastic?) piece, I think it is called a velocity stack, is broken. None of the rebuild kits I see online have the piece. Anyone know where I can find this part? Here's a pic of the carb.
