Hi guys:
I'm close to purchasing one of two tractors (Deer 1025r v. Kubota BX2670) but have two concerns:
The 1025r FEL can only do one function at a time that is it can't curl and raise/lower simultaneously. I just demoed a Kubota BX 2670 which can do that. It works well.
The 1025r has a position control for the 3pt hitch whereas the Kubota only has the quarter inching valve adjustment for the hitch. I see a big advantage for position control particularly for grading a driveway with a blade.
I plan to use the tractor to create more lawn around our property, move lots of stone and grade our 800' driveway on an annual basis - among many other jobs
Can you guys please tell me the real-world advantages of the Kubota for the FEL bucket functions and the Deere for the position control? Would you opt for one advantage over another?
I'm a newbie at this and really don't know what is a better function to have. Thanks for your expert help. I appreciate it!
