Well, I came out of the barn, and there is the FEDEX guy stuck at the top of the driveway, back end into the snow bank. He looked pretty despondent, this was his last drop off of the day and had just called for a heavy tow truck. I felt kind of sorry for the guy, so I started up the Kubota, put her in four wheel drive (chains already on) and headed out to the rescue. I hooked up the chain and let her rip. Well, it moved a couple of feet, tried it time and time again but couldn't get him up the hill. I thought it was odd that his back tire was rotating backwards when I pulled him forward. So I got off the tractor to talk to him. He finally agreed he should probably release the parking brake and try it again. What do you know, it came out like a charm. Something tells me he is new at this truck driving thing.
