Just finished rebuilding the power steering cylinder on my 2000 Farmtrac 60. Not an easy job but doable in one day. I got my parts from Robbie at Joe's tractor parts in N.C. Fast service. For anyone attempting the job when you get the rod out of the cylinder look at the parts kit and do not destroy any seals while removing that are not in the kit. There is a small fiber internal seal in the end cap. It is not an o-ring but a flat, split ring. It needs to come out to get the center seal in but don't damage it or throw it away. You need to reuse it. I also needed the PTO shaft seal and Robbie had it too. It looks like a straightforward replacement. Just glad to get the tractor dried up without too much trouble and expense.
