Farmi JL30 Winch

Looking for somebody with experience working on this winch. I am thinking about renewing the clutch plate and would like to talk to somebody who has done it and can lead me to parts and point out the hidden problems. Thank you very much. I did adjust the clutch and that may help. Can't figure out how to tighten the chain tensioner, but am working on it. I have saved Northeast Implement's address and phone. They are 50 miles away from me.
