- IH Farmall Super C Hinomoto E2304
I have a Swisher XTZ-60, a Hinomoto E-2304 with FEL (no front wheel drive)and 3 Farmalls (1 200, and 2 Super-Cs) the 200 I use has a problem lifting a bush hog. It used to lift it enough to cross terrace rows and cut around different obstacles but would not lift to transport the mower down the road. I changed the hyd fluid but not the filter and did not clean the screen (have no found the location of the screen). I used hydrostatic drive hydraulic oil from TSC which seems thinner than what was in it. I also re-built the rear cylinder and stop valve, which works fine. The cylinder travels all the way up and down without a load and with me standing on it (about 270 lbs.) but will not lift the tractor wheels or the mower. I see some leakage around the control valve boot and want to re-build the thing. I ordered the service manual which should come today. I have not found the part number for the valve assy anywhere online. Any tips or tricks to trouble-shoot this problem would be a great help. I have read pages and pages in the Hydraulics forum but not come across this particular problem there although have I have learned alot from you guys on hydraulics in general and am having fun with these tractors and stuff.
