I am having trouble starting my 130, after it sitting all winter .it ran great last fall, but i am not getting any fire to the coil at this time. orded new ignition switch today as the old one is original:confused2:

It has been my experience that points oxidize over a period of time. The time for my tractors in the wet climate where I live has been several months. I would clean the points with fine sandpaper and generally would result in spark to the plugs.
After several years with this problem I changed the farmall tractors I have over to solid state ignition and 12 volts. This change has eliminated problems I used to have with the originial point system.
