Tractor Supply shows they carry them. They may not be in stock, but can order them. The I&T manuals have a lot to be desired, but get you through most repairs, and have most specifications as far as torque setting, tune-up specs etc. Look to run $32.99 there. The manual you would need is the I&T IH-201.
The IH Blue Ribbon manuals are best by far, but are segment specific, such as wiring, transmission, engine, etc, etc, by separate manual. The full set will nearly, if not completely fill a loose leaf binder.
There are some OEM Blue Ribbon Op. manuals on Ebay right now, for less than $20.
