Price Check Fair price for Kubota L4400

I'm looking at a 2006 Kubota L4400 4WD loader 370 hours with gear transmission what would be a fair price for it

I sold mine when it was 3 years old with 500hrs for $14,000.

I usually try to get a ballpark gauge on what a particular tractor is selling for on Tractor House, Fastline, machinery Pete or similar.

Tractorhouse will tell you what they are "asking" for the tractor. Nothing about what they are "selling" for.

A lot depends on what it looks like. If it has a loader and if the loader is factory SSQA. I have one of these tractors, I gave 19k for it with 90 hours and it has been a great machine, with Ag tires. I know what the books say, and what people say, but I always figure what the heck is it worth TO ME at this point in time and if I have to go a fare distance for it. Unless it has been abused badly it will do a good job for you.
