Fair price for CK35 and DK35?

Just asking others about what is a fair price to pay for a new CK 30, 35, and DK 35 with a loader? I never bought a tractor before. I like all of these and price will be a factor.

I am also wondering how much it would be to add a mid PTO, as I am thinking a snowblower may be in my future.
