Price Check Fair price for an M5700?

What would be a fair price for a 2004 M5700, 4WD, w/LA1002 loader, extra set of wet lines to the rear, 448 hours, ROPS and Canopy, R4 tires, Shuttle shift (but still need to use clutch)? It's 62HP engine, 52HP PTO. Paint's in good shape (loader is a little faded) and tires are around 70-80%.

You have a tractor that could very $5,000 just depending on where you live. I would say @ $12,000 its would be a bargin and @ $28,000 you would be getting near a new one in current market.

Throw it on ebay & see what it brings.

Sorry -- to be clearer, I'm the buyer not the seller. Wondering if it's a good price or not. Hence why I'm looking for unbiased opinions (without outright sharing the selling price ).

powerstroke is right that there's a price range. The M5700 is a substantial tractor - toward the higher end of the homeowner/landowner market, and the lower end of the farming/forestry market. Tractorhouse.com is a good place to see what the asking prices are. The M5700 has the 5-cylinder F2803 engine - Rolex smooth.
A clean M5700 with 4WD, loader, remotes, 448hrs, canopy, R4's, mechanical shuttle should be $17-$21k. A dealer might ask more but it should end up there. Most dealers sell used machines "as-is" these days so there's really no difference from buying private sale. Hope this is useful. Have fun, Dick B

I'd say between 20,000-21,000 is a fair price. More than that, not so much. Less than that, icing on the cake.
