Fair price for a TC33DA HST with loader?

I saw an add for a TC33DA hst with quick detach 14LA FEL, Ag tires, 216 hours, rear remotes still some factory warrantee left for $16,500. Does that seem reasonable? Should I jump or run?

Is it just a So-So price? I am too new at this to have much of a feeling. I have about 5.5 acres, mostly wooded that I will brush hog (I use a dr now and thats a bit of work for the entire property). My kids keep livestock, I have a 1/10 mile gravel road to maintain. I will drag the occasional log (I have a chainsaw mill).

Any help soon would be good, I don't want to lose it if its a good deal as I need to get something.

I'm probably not the best to reply as I feel that I got a steal... but here is what I got off of ebay just over a year ago:

2001ish TC29D, 7308 loader, 6ft mmm, 280hrs, $12,200.

He had it listed poorly (bad picture, not in the right category), and I sniped in with a few seconds left.

Your tractor is the newer model, better loader, similar hours, but no mid mount mower ($3000ish new).

I'd recommend doing some searches in this forum and make up your own mind.

Mhy initial reaction is that's a bit high. The dealer cost on the DX29, loader, Ag tires, hst was about 2000 above that. I don't what to allow for depreciation. The first set of remotes is about $350, if I recall correctly.
