Since the current Bobcat incentives will expire at the end October do you think the next round will be better or worse? I have been holding off buying a tractor waiting for a great private owner deal or great factory deal. So far I have not found one. Yep, I am frugal or cheap if you will. I need my $$ to build a house and want a tractor for my 15 acres but have gone this summer without one. With Winter coming fast it is going to take a super deal to get me to buy new now so what do you think Bobcat is going to do? Make a deal so good I can't say no to it or will they cut back on the deals for now and save a good deal for next spring?

I am wondering the same. I am holding out just like you. But I didn't get any information from our local dealer, other than them saying they were unsure about next months offers. I was told since they have been giving the free loader for a few months, it may go away next month, but instead of the free loader they may increase the actual rebate. I may be holding out for no reason other than I want to see if I can get it cheaper. I just hope I am not going to get burned. Good luck!!:D

I doubt the dealers have much more than an educated guess, based on the previous quarters sales for Bobcat, and whether they made their sales plan for the quarter. Dealers may or may not even know this information as well.

What ever you do, you have a 50-50 shot at "getting burned"

I set myself a date last spring I was going to buy the tractor by, and made my deal and havent looked back
Life is too short

I always want a good deal too.:thumbsup: But I can pretty much guarantee you that after you have waited and agonized over the price, one of two things will happen. Either you will be so happy that you forget about the price that you have paid, of if you purchase and still worry about what you paid and keep looking, you will for sure find someone that says that they got some killer price and then you will be all pissed off that you think that you got screwed. If you think about it, on a purchase of this size, does $500 or even $1500 really make that big of a difference? :confused3:If you want and need the tractor, I doubt that the little extra $$$ is going to make that much difference in the long haul. The enjoyment and work that you will get in the months that you would have waited for that great deal is not worth the wait in my opinion.

Bobcats are very reasonably priced anyway, so go out and get that new tractor. :cool2:

It looks as though patience is a virtue. The Nov Bobcat promotions at least appear to be better than last months offers. They will run from 1 Nov 2010thru 31 Dec 2010.

The three break down like this;
1. Free FEL plus rebates up to $2000,
2. As low as 0% financing for 60 months, plus rebates up to $2000
3. Rebates up to $5000.

As of this writing there has not been an update on what machine gets what. Here hoping that waiting has paid off. Happy shopping!:thumbsup:

This promotion looks pretty good. I agree patience is a good thing. I am going to call around and get some pricing. I would like to go with the 235. The 230 seems to be able to do what I want but with the hydro. I want as much power as I can afford and I don't feel the 335 is what I need. I have 15 acres, mostly flat and part wooded. There will most definately be some snow plowing in my future because I am in the lake effect snow belt of N.E. Ohio. I don't know if these promotions are as good as the round in spring of 09 but they seem to be the best I have seen all year. Either way I am finally excited about seeing if I can bring one of these home with me.

I called my dealer and he told me that there was zero dollars rebate on the ct235 so the promo would be the same as it was last month (free loader ) If anyone is told different I would like to hear about it thanks Randy

Last month was free FEL, really $2800 because you don't get free bob-tach + $900 rebate or financing on a CT235. I am getting mine tomorrow!

The Bobcat website lists the special programs for the month, but they also caveat that with the words "Participating Dealers". Apparently this is the case for my Bobcat dealer as well as a few others out there.

My attempts to get a better price on a Bobcat over a Kioti were in vain. So, I decided to pull the trigger on a DK35SE HST over the CT335. The price for a cash purchase was approximately $1350.00 less expensive on the Kioti. Additionally, the Kioti has the 4 year warranty. Tractor by Monday!

The 225 and 230 are only carring the $900 rebate. The 235 was left off.
