Fabco (Terracut) teeth and shanks

Has anybody ever ordered teeth or shanks from these guys?I e-mailed one of their distibutors in Canada,(Terracut),over a week ago with the part #'s for what i wanted a price on and they have'nt got back to me yet.The reason i was checking with Terracut is because another guy on here who built a toothbar said they were cheaper than ordering from the main plant in Ohio for the same thing.
Maybe they dont deal with the common guy anymore.Prob. would have been about a $200 order.Maybe more.
Although $200 is'nt that much to a distributor,i'm sure if everybody was ignored like this they would'nt get much business........Digger2

I wonder if Terra-Cut is still in business? The "Special" flier on their website is dated "2007 spring specials"? If they still are in business, they sure dont keep their website current. That might speak to their customer service issues.

Why not go to the local Fabco store ? I bought mine there and I thought their prices were reasonable.
