Experience with NH dealers' service in NC Piedmont?

The NH dealership where I purchased my TN 55 (Harmony NC) has closed. The two nearest dealers are New South in Newton and Blue Ridge in Wilkesboro. Has anyone done business with either dealership?

I don't have any current service needs, but would like to have your recommendations should the need arise.

I've been to New South with my buddy buying supplies for his TC48. They're just getting started but seem good. They are a regrouping of some of the Tarheel Tractor people. Tarheel seemed like a good bunch the few times I did business there.

Do you know what happened to Tarheel? Aren't they the folks who became the NH dealers following Corriher Equipment? It seems like they weren't in business very long.

Tarheel was in business on 321 in Hudson/Lenoir for years. They did open a site near 70 and Fairgrove Church in Newton after Corriher stopped selling NH. I didn't hear why but Tarheel's demise pretty much coincided with the recession.

There is a Kioti tractor dealer from Lenoir that moved into the old Tarheel place on 321. It's now called Caldwell County Tractor.
